Contact and partner form behavior

The contact and data-partner inquiry forms in this downloadable website are client-side only. When you submit the form, it creates a draft in your default email application addressed to the configured Calvek AI email address. It does not itself transmit information to a Calvek-operated backend or database.

If you choose to send the email, the information is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email systems subject to their applicable policies. Please do not submit confidential source data, personal datasets, sensitive records, or credentials in an initial inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This provided version does not intentionally set analytics cookies or integrate an analytics or advertising service. It requests fonts from Google Fonts when available, which may involve network requests to Google's systems. Any additional integrations added at deployment should be documented in an updated policy.

Changes before launch

If this site is connected to a hosted form provider, CRM, analytics, newsletter, or other services, the privacy notice must be updated to reflect actual collection, retention, sharing, and rights processes. Applicable legal requirements and contact information should be reviewed with counsel.
